Janice has been in the wedding business for 30 years. Involved in all aspects of a wedding from catering, planning, to venue owner for the past 17 years. As a co-founder of Butler’s Courtyard in League City, we have hosted more than 2500 weddings and won multiple awards. I have also been in leadership position with spiritual retreats. The only prerequisite to getting married is do you love each other and are you committed to each other

Janice is a person with a huge caring heart for people.... I was her pastor in League City Texas.... with her experience in the wedding Industry combined with her love for people make her a perfect person to help you with your wedding... you will be pleased that you choose to use Janice serve you in one of the most important part of your life. 

Dr. Ron Jenkins

Janice was married on May 18, 1968.to her Sailor Boy. She and her husband were married for  34 years before he passed away in 2002.  He was retired from the Navay and while they were stationed in Bermuda Janice was honored with the CPO Wife of the Year in 1975. They had 3 children and 8 grandchildren.  In 2009 she became the Bride at her own venue Butler's Courtyard..They were the Brady Bunch adding 3 more children and 4 more grandchildren.  Eddie loved Butler's Courtyard and you could find him in the shop during all the Open Houses. He passed away in 2017.

Janice was a founding member of the    Bay Area Wedding Professionals 

one of the largest wedding network organizations in Houston. Her

heart’s passion is helping in the lives of couples as they navigate the sacred

processes in their commitment to each other toward marriage. As an Ordained

Minister, Janice is called upon to perform weddings and presides over Celebration

of Life services for families throughout the Houston metropolis.

What is Janice doing when she's not conducting Weddings? She is President of the Vince King Fan Club! Vince is an award winning Elvis ETA that resides in the Houston Area.

Janice & Tim have been friends for as long as they can remember., so when Wedding Heart Ceremonies was formed it was only natural they do this together.
